Murals

Michael Fish is a New Mexico artist. His roots are in Lincoln County where he grew up riding horses, roping, playing football, basketball and running track. He attended NMSU in Las Cruces, NM and graduated with a BFA in 2000. Fish is married to Dionne and has 1 son, Brody. The Brody is artbyfish's most known work of art and his proudest accomplishment. Previously he made his living as a farrier and before that a graphic designer (most notably for New Mexico Magazine). In 2018 Fish decided he would pursue his passion for art and become a full time artist.

Fish paints animals, humans and oddities on canvas. His canvas paintings hang throughout the continental United States and he has 1 piece proudly hanging in the Netherlands. Without intending to he has become a renowned mural artist in the state of New Mexico and has murals in Clovis, Artesia, Carlsbad, Whites City and 3 in Ruidoso, New Mexico. His mural territory is expanding and includes one in Stephenville, Texas!
